Contact details on this web site are provided for the benefit of my clients, vendors and associates only.
Unsolicited marketing e-mails, faxes and telephone calls are strictly prohibited, including those from political, religious and other groups that might be exempt from Australian anti-spam legislation. Any such communications received will be regarded as ad-hoc consultancy for which the originator will be liable for fees at my full consultancy rate, currently $175 AUD per hour or part thereof. Unsolicited e-mails will also result in a formal complaint being lodged with the sender's Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Payment Terms & Conditions
- All invoices are payable in full within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date, unless a) a specific due date is stated on the invoice or b) specific payment terms have been negotiated and have been confirmed by us either in writing or by digitally signed e-mail.
- Online services including but not limited to hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, mail services and domain renewal which are not paid within the stated period may be liable for suspension after the issue of one (1) warning by e-mail, fax or post. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that I always have up-to-date contact information.
- Cancellation of bought-in services including DNS, domain renewal and SSL certificates must be notified by e-mail, fax or telephone before the invoice is due for payment. Failure to notify us within this time may result in my renewing the bought-in service, thus making my invoice payable.
- Clients in Australia may make payments by one of the following three methods:
- Bank transfer or direct deposit (preferred):
Bank Branch ANZ Bank, Kadina BSB 015590 Account number 4954 37983 Account name Smiffytech - PayPal (includes credit/debit cards). If you wish to pay by PayPal, please contact me and I will raise a PayPal invoice. Please note that a surcharge of 3% may apply to payments made by clients in Australia using PayPal; this surcharge may be waived at my discretion.
- Cheques drawn against an Australian bank or credit union. Please note that dishonoured cheques will incur an administration fee of $110 AUD in addition to any charges levied by my bank.
- Bank transfer or direct deposit (preferred):
- Invoices issued to clients in Australia include GST at 10%.
- Invoices issued to clients outside of Australia are payable by PayPal only, unless other means have been negotiated.
